is recruiting a
Member Services Administrator

Part-time 0.6 FTE – 21 hours per week over 5 days
Salary – £16,380 to £20,020 pro rata depending upon skills and previous experience
This will be a fixed term contract for a period of 1 year
Background
Gloucestershire Credit Union is a community focussed organisation that offers a range of financial services to its members. Locally based and ethically run, the credit union offers an affordable way to borrow money, as well as a safe and secure way to save it. Gloucestershire Credit Union aims to serve the whole community and ensures that its services are accessible to the financially disadvantaged.
Overview of the role – Member Services Administrator
The Member Services Administrator is responsible for providing all members and potential members of Gloucestershire Credit Union with a high quality service and experience when they are dealing with the credit union.
